HelpFromCanada began in July 2022 after Rebecca and Michael saw the devastation of the Ukrainian people after the Russian invasion. 100% of donations go directly to aiding those fleeing the war in Ukraine. 100% of administrative costs are covered by the board of directors. 100% volunteer run.

Sagesse empowers individuals and communities to disrupt systems and patterns of domestic abuse. If you or someone you know has experienced abuse, or used abusive behaviour, Sagesse can help with innovative peer support programs, available online and in-person, and workshops to help you recognize and talk about abuse.
