Environment Canada has issued a heavy snowfall warning for Calgary and surrounding area. Finally, signifying Calgary’s first major snowfall this holiday season.

Snowfall Warning is in place for this evening with approximately 10-20 cm of precipitation. The downfall is expected to start off as rain sleet, and will transition into a heavy snowfall throughout the night. The snow is expected to taper off Thursday morning. Keep an eye out for driving conditions.
