The baby on the cover of Nirvana’s iconic album ‘Nevermind’ (now a full grown adult named Spencer Elden) is suing the band. He is alleging the nude image constituted child pornography. This coming after he celebrated the 10th, 15th and 25th anniversaries of the album by recreating the iconic image. He also has the word nevermind tattooed on his chest.
