This is straight up justice porn.
An 18 year old in Miami appearing before a judge on Xanax possession charges who said that her jewelry was worth as much as Rick Ross’ before flipping off the judge after he put her bail at 10 grand is now doing 30 days in county.
The judge in question told her the courtroom wasn’t a club and asked for some respect while she acted like…well, basically the worst type of 18 year old female douche one could imagine.
I hope she enjoys her time in Miami-Dade county jail.

i dont think its illegal to be an ass we shouldnt be sentenced according to how we act but on what we are charged for i think the judge should be checked out for mental stability

Are you serious? Acting like an ass is exactly what got her there in the first place. If she’s going to continue to act that way, she deserves everything he charges her with. Maybe she’ll grow up while she’s doing’ time. But it’s doubtful.

of course the judge has a right to lock her up for comptempt. If you can’t respect the law especially after getting busted breaking it in the first place, you absolutely belong in jail. Nevermind showing up to the fricken hearing high or just too ignorant or stupid to act even remotely responsible.

@ji. I believe that the Judge had every right to charge her with contempt of court. RBE and San have it right. If you’re going to act like a fool and break the law through improper courtroom conduct (aka being a douche), than you must pay the consequences. Furthermore, punctuation! Look into it. People will take your words more seriously.
